TEMPLATE FOR ENVELOPE SIZE 7 1/4" X 5 1/4"

please help with how to print a envelope this size.........i am having a
party and invitation envelopes are this odd size
 
Simply create a standard report with those same dimension (minus printer
margins) and setup your address fields appropriately.
