Template and Add-In mapping changing...

I have a template that has word macros defined. This template is pulled into
another template using the Template and Add-in path off the tools menu. If
using the template outside of a third party application, the path is correct
to the secondary template. If using this master template from within a third
party application, the template path to the secondary dot is incorrect. Does
anyone know where else this is controlled or stored? any assistance is
appreciated.

You had better ask in a programming newsgroup such as
microsoft.public.word.vba.general for assistance with this.

Ideally, of course, you should be talking to the people who created the
third-party application.
