Temp internet files

I am currently in an Xp Pro enviroment with multiple local accounts on many pcs. Is there a way to delete the temp internet files for all users? The only way I have found is to do a search for the temp internet files then delete the folders. I hope there is a easier way?

In IE 6, Tools/Internet Options/Advanced Tab under security.
Empty Temp files when closing .....
