hi, I have a question on the temp folder in my username location. when the
folder is opened it hsa a bunch of different Language BIN files, messenger
cache and a WPDNSE folder. I am wondering if this is a natural occurance as I
had removed it and it was recreated when I restarted.

Something you have installed on your machine generates these files. You now
need to do some detective work to locate the culprit, e.g. like so. Check
the temp folder after each step.
- Delete the files, then reboot into Safe Mode.
- Delete the files, then run msconfig.exe and untick all items under the
Startup tab.
- Delete the files, then run msconfig.exe and untick items selectively under
the Startup tab.

While playing with msconfig it is best to physically disconnect your machine
from the Internet.

there are a few of those files that can't be deleted through windows and must
be delted with safe mode. the folder itself can't be delted unless it is in
safe mode thats what I was wondering if it is normal to have a temp file
there or not :S

You must note delete the temp folder - Windows needs it.

Many applications can and do use the temp folder. Some are poorly written
and fail to clean up. If this causes a problem on your machine then you have
three options:
- Delete them automatically at boot time.
- Complain to the software manufacturer.
- Live with the problem.

There are lots of temp folders. None of them should be deleted. You can
delete the contents of any temp folder at any time because the contents are
transitory. Windows will not allow deletion of any file which is in use.
