temp files

mourning

i have been deleting my temp internet files from
internet explorer>tools using that off line contents.

well it is not deleting them , when i go to documents
and setting the temp file is full.

if anyone has the time i sure would appreciate a little
help with this. maybe i could get a few tips on cookies ,
temp files and history or what all i need to get rid of ,
to clean up my comp..

Hi Larry,

Specifically which folder is full? That setting does not affect the user
temp folder here:

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temp

This is a user environmental variable, not the store folder for the
Temporary Internet Files. That is here:

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

these files are in C:\documents and settings\user\local
settings\temporary internet files , there is also a temp
folder here to.
