temp files and cookies

mourning folks

when i run disk cleanup i have a entry called
temporary files (not internet temp files) it is 46,097
kbs in size.

should i check the box before i run disk cleanup , or
are there some other ways i should remove them?

or just leave them alone

There is no need to keep Temp.files.
Either Check the box before you run Disk Cleanup
or Start>Run>C:\WINDOWS\Temp>ok
Select and Clean them
