Temp file

I think you mean Temp folder.

In Windows Explorer, click on Windows and then <File><New><Folder>

This will produce a new folder titled New Folder

Click on <New folder>, Hit F2 (which will then enable you to rename this
folder Temp) and then enter.

Job done.
