TCP/IP

I travel frequently to our offices in the region, which
have small local networks. Each time I arrive I have to
change the TCP/IP settings to the local settings to get
connected to the web, Then change back when returning to
my office. Is there any way to avoid making these changes
each time

Thanks

Max

If this is a big problem for you and others, you should ask about
switching the offices from static IP addresses to dynamic IP address
assignments. This would allow you to plug into each local office network
without changing any settings. If you have a cisco router or a Windows
server, they have DHCP services. (DHCP is the protocol that dynamically
assigns IP addresses.)

You still might like netswitcher to manage your local printers and some
other settings that Windows doesn't manage per-network.
