[TCP/IP] fast network settings change

Dear sirs,

i have a notebook that i use usually at home and at office. Every location has different policies to set up ip adresses, dns and gateways. No location uses dhcp.

I would like to have a tool that fast&easy changes my IP, my dns, my gateway and so on, just with one click.

On the notebook i have also installed linux, and a simple bash script does this for me, but in windows have found nothing yet that can help me.
