TCP/IP fails to bind to card

Running XP w/ SP2 and all updates
Broadcom 570x Gigabit Integrated Controller with most recent driver from
manufacturer. Driver is on the HCL.

I have frequently had the issue where TCP/IP fails to bind to the card. In
the past either updating the driver or reinstalling TCP/IP v4 has resolved
the problem. Neither of options has resolved the problem which cropped up
again last night after the most recent WindowsUpdate.

I have tried the netsh int ip reset command with no luck.

Any other suggestions?

Since you have the recent driver, you may want to adjust the speed and duplex on NIC.
