TCP/IP configuration gone missing

I'm running Windows 2000 Server with FP4 installed on my
T23. I stumbled on the issue today when booting it up
that i was not able to change the tcpip configuration
through the normal configuration GUI. Either uninstall or
install seem to work either. I do get the Error 2114: The
Server service is not running error message. I went
through the MS-knowledgebase without any luck. There was
an solution for this with entering the LanmanServer into
the registry, tried it but without any luck. Still having
the same problem.
Do anyone of you know what to do here?

Are you using Intel Pro network cards? - I have the same issue on a
few servers and am about to deinstall and reinstall TCPIP.
