"Tcl" Folder Too Long To Delete

D

A while back I came across a Folder in my System that I don't have any what
it's for or where it came from. It's simply titled "Tcl"...upon opening it,
I found that it's contents consists of 36 other folders with same name.
Thinking I somehow created it, I tried to delete it. Everytime I tried to
delete I got a pop-up message stating "'Tcl' contains items whose name is too
long for the recycle bin". I've stop trying to delete, but recently, I found
that on my "Add/Remove" list there's a listing for "Tcl 8.0.5 for Windows"
(2.15MB), and I haven't got a clue about where & when this was added. I need
to find out this "Tcl" is all about, because something tells me it's not
good. I would greatly appreciate any input on this issue. And Thank You!!!
