Tastbar icons diappeared!!!

Hello,

i don't know why, but when i turned on my computer today,
the taskbaricons disappeared. The "Start"-button and the
quicklunch-menu are still there, but if i start a new
application and a new window is open (for example the
explorer) then it does not appear in the taskbar ans so
if i minimze the window, i can just switch between the
windows by using "Alt+TAB", thats annoying. PLEASE HELP
ME!!!
