Tasks displays only 100 entries?

The nature of my business is I have to schedule things years in advance & doing it only in the calendar has some disadvantages for me....
 
My Outlook 2003 Tasks pane will not display more than 100 items if I try to add more. Currently it will therefore not display future Task events beyond November 2009. It seems to have a limit. I can't create more than 100 but I need to list client tasks several years in advance so need to have more than 100. ?

What "Task pane"? Do you mean the Taskpad or the Tasks folder?
