taskkill.exe

I read both threads on taskkill.exe and have added the dbghelp.dll to
the system32 folder and have WMI service running., but I still get
"provider load failure".

Any ideas on what still may be missing?

Do you actually have "WMI Win32 Provider" component included?

If so, I can only recommend you to run the taskkill through DependencyWalker Profiler. You should be able to see the missing parts
right away.
