Are you talking about SysTray icons (or Notification area) ?
Add "Tray Icon Add/Remove Support" Component. Also check the option "Show
Notifications on Task bar" under "User Interface Core" settings.

Thank you i refear to notification area, it is possibile select any notification in the particular when i set vga 640*480 apper for a minuts the notify low screan resolution, some my sistem haven't mouse, for clik on message for close it, the message disappear automatic next a minuts but disturb the use

In case you don't want user to see XP balloon tooltips coming above (from)
the notification area, you will need to set
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanc
ed],"EnableBalloonTips" dword value to "0".
