TASKBAR.

I was right clicking the taskbar for the date when the
wholw taskbar suddenly shot up to the top of the screen.
I have unlocked the taskbar but am unable to return it to
the bottom of the screen. A book says right click the
taskbar and you can drag it to any side of the sscreen
butit does not move.

No, it's *Left*-click and drag it.

Thanks It seems you have to drag to the side of screen
