Here is my Windows XP SP1 problem. All of a sudden the
taskbar at the foot of the screen (the one with quick
launch) is double its size (like 2 rows instead of 1) and
no way of clicking & dragging it will change it back. I
can increase it to 3 rows & back to 2 but it won't stay
on 1 as I normally have it. If I right click and hide
quick launch I can drag the taskbar down to 1 row but as
soon as I reverse that and show quick launch again it
pops back up to 2 rows.
Note: The toolbar is definitely not locked.
I tried restarting but still no good.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
