Taskbar

Please let me know how to have the taskbar visible at all
times. I loced the taskbar, but it still disappears when I
open Outlook Express and when I get online by opening
Internet Explorer. I want the taskbar visable at all times
if possible. Thank You Much!

Right click on the taskbar, select properties, uncheck the "Auto-hide
the taskbar" option, click OK.

also, check the next box down that says 'keep the taskbar on top of other
windows'

Right click task bar, properties, check: Keep the taskbar on top of other
windows. Also uncheck: Auto-hide the taskbar.

you should be able to click on minimize and you should
see the task bar. Go into view and go into toolbars and
select lock. Assuming that you are talking about the tol
bar
