Hello,
I recently installed a new video card, a Ratheon 9100 and
after I installed the drivers the taskbar dissappeared.
I tried to go to click on control panel then task bar and
start menu, but nothing happened. Can someone out there
please help.
 
Does it appear in Safe Mode?
