Taskbar and IE Explorer Tab colors

Recently installed some software and lost the color on the taskbar and the
color scheme on the Explorer Tabs. Played around with Control Panel and could
not seem to find where this control is to make the task bar appear in color.
Right now they all appear in a white or slight gray background that actually
mixes in with the taskbar background so it is hard to distinguish my active
window and my active tab in IE.

Any help is greatly appreciated and thenks in advance for your help.
