taskbar

My taskbar/toolbar whatever has the time and start on it, is on the right of
my screen, and i tried to fix it, but when I put my cursor on it to fix the
problem, i do not get the double arrowed cursor. I just want to fix it, so
it is not on the right hand side of my screen. can anyone help me

You don't get a double-headed arrow, just left-click and drag it down to
the bottom.

The cursor must be right on the "handle" of the window. The double
arrow will appear when you have it right.

Just put the cursor into an empty part of the taskbar, and click and hold
the pointer down then drag it to the bottom of the screen
