When i first got my computer with Windows XP pro, the
taskbar would start up as soon as the desktop showed
(when turning on the computer). Then I installed
something which made it freeze for about 1 minute and
then it would start up. During that time i could not use
it. I must have done something because then the problem
went away; but now its back again. Does anyone know how
to fix the taskbar to make it not take an extra minute to
start

one posible reason why a taskbar doesnt respond quickly is
because there might be a large process executed by your
computer during start up. try to see if theres a process
running with a big CPU usage. open task manager.
and if you think that process is not nessesary you can end
it by selecting and end process.
goodluck..
