Taskbar

The icons on my Taskbar are missing, and will not show up, I dont know what
to do?

Also, the folder My Network Places is missing! I also tried going into run>
My network Places and it still doesnt work. and I googled about the system
tray icons missing, and just before you mention it, it has nothing to do
with booting up, and when I minimize anything to the system tray, it
disappears(stays running, but nothing shows)

Also, when I right click the task bar, hide inactive icons is not selectable

I don't know what icons you are refering?
quick launch bar icons: right click task bar, go to toolbars and check
quick launch option

if you are refering about the clock with the hidden icons:
right clic task bar, go to properties, check show the clock, and uncheck
hide inactive icons

As I told you, that is greyed.. I cannot select it. Anyways I did a system
Rollback and it works now. but thanks
