Taskbar Troubleshooting

My Taskbar doesn't show any of my opened windows. I tried getting rid of
every toolbar on it, but the taskbar would disappear and I'm unable to move
it. I have also tried the System Restore to correct the problem, but it
didn't have any impact either. I really need help with this.

The Taskbar Repair Tool Plus! from
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/taskbarplus!.htm can fix this issue. If you
don't want to get the full tool, there is a link under the features called
Minimized Programs Missing that will download a vb script that you can run
to fix it as well.
