taskbar/starmenu missing and internet not connecting

well today after i restarted by computer my internet was connected with my
computer but it was for my other one and my wireless just the main computer.
i tried logging into the router but it didnt work it wouldnt connect to
192.168.1.1 then i called my provider verizon they told me to try restarting
the modem and computer i did it and when the computer rebooted the part where
it says starting windows stays there for like 5-10mins and takes a long time
to load to the desktop then my desktop background showed up and took it a few
more minutes to load the icons i already thought that was unusual, then i
noticed "wheres my taskbar"? the guy at verizon said i might have a virus so
then i scanned my computer in safemode and after 3 hrs it came up with
nothing so i dunno whats wrong, can anyone help?

hmmm wait... i looked in my task managers processes none of the processes
showed the username running the task so i dunno why but i tried logging out
i logged back in and my "beloved" taskbar came back.. with a fast load too
now i just gotta figure out whats wrong with my connection with my router
 
thanks to realy cut short i couldnt control my computer h&sup --ibe mmc add.
took my domain prog took back soihave been run unorthidox located -one
prog. moviepass isrunning 2 java2 bug krunchers -runng everyt includeing mms
beenlooking runningth-e mail history its hidding i n my unused f cont. an
awsome it wold take yrs to prog. the xp p cust is threating to dissable ihave
attach. could expl . phone this is not secure 602 471 5969 cant even add
word prosser yet this gets very deep come on with stupid

push a wheelbarrow throgh the hi spd no saw sidestep and learn abt
everything im carring activex brow put there they dont kno imm trac k with
collers
 
i dont know but think why did internt xplo get control w/trail leading to
prog movie pass?? MAKE ME THINK TOO i was having aball flying via intnet
things didnt fit ai restore 1 time before now im in restore now been here
sionse 3 wks try it somtim im leading the sheep this voice enterface

compiance any way could // .
