when i startup windows, my taskbar goes weird like this
http://img17.photobucket.com/albums/v51/silpan/blah.jpg
as you can see from the screenshot, the active program buttons get squished to the side.
when I move it back, it goes back like that at my next startup.
anyone know why it keeps on going to the side?
and how can I make the active program buttons to stay at its normal spot?

See Tip 240 : Programs Aren't Minimized in the Taskbar

*Resets the Taskbar settings to defaults.

Hi,

Move the glider over using the four arrow head toward the Start button/Quick
Launch area. Your taskbar has been modified. If this doesn't help, set it
default.

Taskbar Repair Tool Plus!

None of the available tweaks (even yours) and tips available on the
'net work for this problem. There is also big thread available here
<http://www.softwaretipsandtricks.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=11813>
I could also see the OP has posted to various forums
<http://www.google.com/search?q="img17.photobucket.com/albums/v51/silpan/blah.jpg"&filter=0>

OP seems to gave up the issue after reinstalling. I have exactly
same problem with the taskbar. I also think, it happend after the
Ad-aware has removed some pests. I was also fiddling with registry and
if I'm right, the problem is not related to registry (couldn't find
any diff).
