Taskbar problems

i cant view my open programs in the taskbar. when i open
any program there is no active taskbar button displayed.
what can i do to set it back.

Click on "T" at Kelly's link, below. Scroll to "Taskbar - Programs Aren't
Minimized in the Taskbar"
