When opening a program, the tab does not appear on the taskbar. if you
minimize the program, it disappears. To resume, you need to restart the
program which results in multiple copies of a program running.
Also, if you do not have a toolbar selected, the Taskbar 'disappears' to the
bottom and can not be 'pulled' up (just like auto hide - but it will not
come up). You can still click on it to get a menu or add a toolbar. If you
add a toolbar, you can 'pull' the taskbar up.
It's almost as if there is a part of the taskbar below the screen.
How do I get it back to normal operation?
