taskbar problem

my taskbar is gone.
all of a sudden it was gone and every window i open is "missing" the bottom
part of it-where the taskbar was.
the "auto-hide the task bar" isn't marked so what can be the problem?

Hey there ... Take a look at this website and see if it will help

Once there make sure you click the letter T and the first option i believe
is something to do with taskbar missing , click it and run the program , see
if that helps
