Taskbar-Please help

My taskbar is now vertical along right hand edge of screen.Can anyone help me
restore it to original location?
 
Go to Start/Run, and type:

HH ms-its:%WINDIR%\Help\taskbar.chm::/win_tray_move_taskbar.htm

left click your mouse and drag the taskbar back down to the bottom of you
screen then right click your taskbar and click lock the taskbar and that
should help
