Don't know how this setting got changed - I want my task bar always visible
and locked, and when other windows are "full screen" I want them to end
immediately above the taskbar so that the horizontal scroll bar and other
info at the bottom of the page is always visible. When I click the full
screen icon at the top right of a window currently, it extends beneath the
task bar so that the bottom edge of the window is not visible. Please help!
Thanks!

Rt. click on your toolbar & click properties. Unclicked "lock toolbar". Click
"keep toolbar on top of other window". See if that doesn't do what you want.
