taskbar moved

My taskbar has gone vertical. How do I get it back to the
bottom of the screen. Drag and drop doesn't seem to work.

Thanks for any help.
 
Drag and drop it. Just try a little harder, and you'll get it. I'd suggest
that you should make sure that the taskbar isn't locked, but I one cannot
lock the taskbar in Windows 2000, iIrc.
