taskbar move from top to bottom

Does anyone know how to move the task bar? My son moved
it from the bottom of the desktop to the top...and I am
unable to figure out how to move it back.

Right click on it and make sure there isn't a check mark beside "lock task bar" If there is remove it. Now it's a simple matter of dragging it to where you want. If you place the cursor on the far left or right of the bar and then left click your mouse and hold the button down you can drag it to the side of the screen and it will pop there and then continue to drag it towards the bottom an it will pop down there. It may take a couple of tries to get the exact spot to left click on but you'll get it. Have fun. {:~)
