Taskbar Icons - Size Problems

Our home computer has two users. I'm no longer sure of
how it evolved, but the taskbars on the two settings are very different.

On User1, the taskbar is gray and about 3/8 inch high.

On User2, the taskbar is blue and about 3/4 inch high.

In addition, the QuickLaunch icons on User2 used to be
large, and are now small.

As far as I can tell, the options for both taskbar
properties are identical.

Where were these differences entered. How can I change the User2 icons to
large?

I've right clicked the taskbar, and made sure it's unlocked, then tried to
drag the narrow taskbar upward, with no effect.

Is the screen resolution the same for both accounts?

Start > run > type "control desktop" without the quotes > hit enter >
settings tab?

Check also (same tab) > advanced button > general tab > DPI (dots per inch)
settings?

Are both of those the same?

I'm having the same problem.

The icons on the desktops are same size on two different system but on one
system the icons on the taskbar are REAL small.
I've checked setting on both systems and they are the same.
