Taskbar does not re-appear after coming back from hibernation

Hope someone can help me out. If my laptop hibernates, and I turn it back on,
the taskbar is nowhere to be found. I have checked to see if it has shrunk or
move, but neither has worked. If I press the Start button on the keyboard,
the start menu shows up, but the taskbar does not.

Any ideas?

Have you checked the setting via Start/Control Panel/Power Options?

I've checked that, but saw nothing regarding the taskbar.

I'm sorry for asking this next question, but, have you checked the taskbar
settings?

Yes I have. Nothing in the settings jumped out at me that would cause this
from hibernation.
