Taskbar Crashing Explorer.exe

Lately when I click a Quick Launch icon from the Taskbar, Explorer.exe
crashes and the Taskbar reloads...any clue as to what's going on? I
think it started after I enabled Windows to load in a separate process
via Folder Options.

I have all the latest updates for my computer, and it's clean from
viruses/spyware. I'm very anal about that :-)

Windows XP SP2
1 GB Ram
P4 2.0 GHz
AVG 7.5, Spybot, Ad-Aware, ZoneAlarm

Have you tried a system restore to a date right before the problem started?
Did you change the Windows load in separate process to the original setting?
