taskbar blocks part of window

I installed windows service pack 2 which thickened the
taskbar at pogo.com and blocks the chess clock. Any
advice on how to make the chess clock on pogo.com visible?

Hi,

It's a popup blocker settings. When on the site, you should see a yellowish
bar with the blocking information under the windows menus and toolbars.
Click on it to access the options and enable the popup for this site. You
can also customize the settings on the privacy tab of Internet Options in
the Control Panel.
