my clock is not in normal format

My clock is showing 2:00pm as 14:00 in the taskbar in Windows XP.

How do I change it to 2:00...???

Control Panel --> Regional and Language Options --> "Regional Options"
tab --> "Customize" button near the top --> "Time" tab --> "Time format:"
dropdown... I suggest:

h:mm:ss tt
