Task Scheduler

I have tried the simple test of starting calculator at log in and it does not
start along with norton antivirus.
no scheduled task will run under windows xp sp2
any help

Yes I do on login and
When I enter the password
in the task scheduler
the error I get is
an error has occured 0x80070005 you do not have permmision to perform
requested operation
