Two tasks I have created to run batch files will not
start due to either "no password" entered, or "improper
password" entered for account. I have the account set
with administrator rights and don't remember setting a
password. I have tried passwords I thought I may have
used. I tried to set it to run as 'All Users'. How can I
view all passwords on my system? I am the administrator,
this is a home computer.

You would not be able to see the password. But from the control panel, user
accounts
you can reset the password to any account if you are an administrator.

Yes for tasks to run, you would need to have a user account
with password.
