Task Scheduler Patch

I need to install the Microsoft patch for Task
Scheduler. This patch can be obtained by having the
contacting Microsoft support stating that you need the
hot-fix for article Q812400 and upcoming article
Q812960. Does anyone know how to contact Microsoft to
receive the patch?

Check under the resolution section of the kb articles you listed.

If you ask for the specific patches mentioned in the kb article, they won't
charge you.
