task scheduler does not start my program

Hi,
The task scheduker does not run my program, the status
shows
blank, also if I click run(after right clickijg on it) it
runs fine,
it is just that it does not run automatically
 
Apply either of these edits and try again:

For Pro: Start/Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Local Security
Policy/Local Policies/Security options. In the right hand pane (third down).

Accounts: Limit local account use of blank passwords to console logon only.
This is enabled by default, disable it.

For Home: Run Scheduled Task without a Password (Line 68)
