the right most column (Catagory) is now half hidden, I'm not sure if I did
this, but I cannot seem to figure out how to get it back into the picture. I
would sure appreciate any help.

It's been squashed. In the column headers, slowly move your cursor to the
line between column headers and drag the to the left or right to hide/reveal
column headers.
