Outlook 2007 Catagory -The File drop down menu accidentally delete

I was tired and while working late accidentally moved the File dropdown menu
catagory and moved it so it no longer shows up on the main page. Is there a
way to put it back.

I see that it is still listed in the catagory list if you right click the
edit drop down menu. But I can not figure out how to get the file drop down
to show back up.

Any suggestions? Thanks, Troy

If you removed a command from a menu or toolbar in Outlook's main menu, you
can add it back with View | Toolbars. Customize.

I have a similiar problem, but on larger scale. None of Main Menu options
are vsible.
I don't see File, ...View...etc. I can right click on the menu bar area and
I see that Standard and Advanced are both checked, the related icons are
present but again, there is NO Main Menu titles (File..View....)

was there then a simple finger stub and it is gone and no way to get it
back. I don't have VIEW menu option anywhere.

I uninstalled Office 2007 and reinstalled but same issue.
