After installing Outlook I followed the instructions to drag the news command
to the go menu from the add or remove buttons drop down customise menu.

Problem is the news command was not listed anywhere under the go catagory!

Where'd it go? How do I get it back? I thought Outlook wasn't supposed to be
flaky?

Outlook isn't a newsreader but Outlook Express is. Make sure Outlook Express
is set as the default newsreader in Control Panel -> Internet Options -> tab
