task mgr has been disabled

when i click on my user box my screen shows the picture i picked to fill
screen.when i use alt/cntrl/delete it says task mgr has been disabled by your
administrator.how can i fix this? thank you

START | RUN | Type 'regedit' (no quotes) & press ENTER

Navigate to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

In the right pane:

Key Name: DisableTaskMgr
Type: DWORD
Value: 0 = Enable, 1 = Disable

Double click the 'DisableTaskMgr key & change to 0 (zero)

Click OK to accept the change

Close the registry editor

Seems like you have either been hit with malware of you have restrictions on
your machine
