Open Task Manager and double-click anywhere on the top Window border.
Somehow, you managed to convert Task Manager to run in "Tiny Footprint Mode".

Double click in the windows border. The missing tabs will return. Task
Manager can run in two different views: tiny footprint and normal.
You're currently using the tiny footprint mode.
