hey wen i pres contol alt and delete windows task manger
comes up for about a second then just shuts and it keeps
doin it. can any1 help me if u have msn add me plz

W32.spybot worm disables NAV, Msconfig, Regedit and Task Manager:

The same symptom is caused due to Klez, Yaha Viruses. It is advisable to run
a full system scan. Be sure you update the anti-virus software definitions.
