Task Manager

When I hit Cntrl Alt Del my task manager comes up without a close button or
red x. I have to shut down my computer to remove it. How can I fix this?

Open task manager and double click anywhere on the border.

The article is incorrect, "double-click the top border of the window",
double clicking ANYWHERE on the border will toggle it.

In Tiny Footprint mode:
Ctrl + Tab will still work to move around the tabs even though the tabs
aren't visible.

Alt + F4 will also close Task Manager.
